lol64 is strictly a 21+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. This age restriction is a hard requirement under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations and Philippine law.

Age verification is a mandatory part of the lol64 registration and KYC process. Any account for which lol64 cannot confirm that the account holder meets the 21-year age requirement will be suspended pending investigation, and any real-money balance held in such an account will be subject to PAGCOR regulatory procedures.

If lol64 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without the appropriate verification having been completed, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

lol64 is a Philippine-based operator and the primary processing of your personal data occurs within the Philippines. However, some of lol64's technology infrastructure providers and game content providers may be located outside the Philippines, and certain data may be transferred to or accessed from those locations in the course of providing services to you.

lol64 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine laws and regulations, or PAGCOR licensing requirements. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will:
