These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lol64 platform, including the website at lol64.net, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

lol64 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the registered email address on file.

To register and use the lol64 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and sports betting activities. lol64 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are legally permitted at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority whose exclusion lists lol64 is required to observe.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of lol64, its affiliates, or any game provider whose products are offered on the Platform.

lol64 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting eligibility requirements will be suspended, and any balance held in such accounts will be subject to review in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory procedures.

To access real-money gameplay on lol64, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active lol64 account. If lol64 determines that a player holds more than one account — whether through the same name, email, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — all duplicate accounts may be suspended, and balances may be forfeited at lol64's discretion in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time that lol64 deems necessary, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS card, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name matching the account name)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID, if requested by the lol64 compliance team

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. lol64 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact lol64 support immediately.

All transactions on the lol64 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). lol64 supports the following payment channels:

• GCash — minimum deposit ₱100; withdrawals typically processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts
• PayMaya — same deposit minimum and withdrawal timelines as GCash
• BPI Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times
• BDO Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times
• Metrobank Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times

Deposit Conditions: Deposits are credited to your lol64 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. lol64 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's internal processing. Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the cashier page and are subject to change with notice.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. lol64 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed during lol64 operating hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 MN PHT, daily). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

Third-Party Payments: lol64 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your verified lol64 account. Transactions originating from accounts registered to a different name will be rejected and returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

lol64 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specified for each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "turnover requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable turnover requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% and live table games contribute at a lower rate. The game contribution schedule is published in the relevant promotion's terms.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
4. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
5. Abuse Prevention: lol64 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet turnover requirements with minimal risk exposure, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play between multiple players.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a lol64 account at any given time.

lol64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.

All games available on the lol64 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and a server-side calculation, the server-side result shall be definitive.

Random Number Generation: Slot games and random number generator (RNG) table games on lol64 use certified RNG systems that produce statistically random outcomes independent of previous results. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real-time and streamed via Ezugi's live studio infrastructure.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, lol64 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. lol64 will not honor displayed results that are the product of a verifiable technical error.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify lol64 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Disputes submitted after this window may not be accepted. lol64 will review server logs and relevant game data to resolve the dispute and will communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lol64 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Registering more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that provides an unfair advantage — any such exploitation must be reported to lol64 support immediately
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent house edge mechanics
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Charging back or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider without first exhausting lol64's internal dispute resolution process
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lol64 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

lol64 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as both a PAGCOR regulatory requirement and a genuine operational value. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing financial, emotional, or relational harm, lol64 wants to help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all lol64 account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the lol64 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum period selected and are processed within 24 hours of submission. During self-exclusion, lol64 will also suppress any marketing communications to your registered contact details.

lol64 also participates in PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and observes exclusion lists maintained by the regulatory body. If you need support beyond these tools, we encourage you to seek assistance from qualified professional resources.

All content on the lol64 Platform — including but not limited to the lol64 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to lol64 and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the lol64 Platform without prior written permission from lol64.

Game content streamed through the Ezugi live dealer platform and JILI slot titles remain the intellectual property of their respective providers and are subject to those providers' licensing terms in addition to lol64's Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lol64 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or factors beyond lol64's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Decisions made by payment providers, including transaction delays or rejections by GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank

lol64's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lol64's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

lol64 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• A request or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority
• Chargebacks initiated by the player through their payment provider
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with zero activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

Upon account termination for cause, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances (i.e., deposited funds not attributable to bonus credits) will be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation, subject to PAGCOR guidelines and applicable law.

You may also request closure of your lol64 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any pending wagers are settled and any applicable withdrawal holds have been resolved.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. lol64 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lol64's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Players are encouraged to first exhaust lol64's internal support and dispute resolution channels before escalating any matter externally. lol64 will respond to formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe.

lol64 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lol64 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the lol64 Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. lol64 recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of changes or whenever you are uncertain about any aspect of your rights or obligations as a lol64 player.
